rAVe Award for Smart IP 4435A and 4436A
The award brings yet further acclaim for our Smart IP family of PoE-powered loudspeakers, which offer an easy-to-install, single-cable solution for creating aesthetically beautiful, scalable installations that deliver premium sound experiences and last for decades.
Each year, rAVe [PUBS] – a branch of wider news organisation rAVe since 1998 – sends its reporters to ISE, the world’s largest AV systems gathering, to explore the industry's latest developments. Then, to keep its loyal readership of AV professionals in touch with the very finest solutions available, rAVe honours its favourite discoveries from ISE with coveted ‘Best of the Best’ Awards.
We’d like to offer a very sincere thank you to everyone at rAVe for choosing the 4435A and 4436A for this recognition and covering our presence at ISE, which saw us demonstrate the diversity of our full Smart IP range – which includes three size variations of on-wall loudspeaker in a wealth of colour options in addition to our recently introduced ceiling-mounted models.
Though the 4435A and 4436A share the same internal specifications as each other and, like other Smart IP loudspeakers, receive their power, audio and management over a single standard CAT cable, they both bring unique qualities to the range. The in-ceiling 4435A offers a discreet flush-mounted form factor with a choice of easy-fit round or square grilles in either a black or white finish, while the hanging pendant 4436A is ideal for open high ceiling spaces, easing targeted sound distribution and adding visual elegance.
During last year’s launch of the 4435A and 4436A, Genelec AV Business Manager Kati Pajukallio commented that, “The addition of the new ceiling and pendant models makes Smart IP an even more flexible solution, suiting an even wider and more diverse range of installations.
